Basics of constellation work:

Presentation of the history and development of classic family constellations according to Bert Hellinger, further developments. The phenomenological perspective in contrast to other therapeutic/advisory procedures

Orders and basic dynamics in family systems (family of origin, present family), couple dynamicsOrders and basic dynamics in work systems, interfaces between organizational and family constellations

Systemic entanglements and resolutions, interrupted forward movement, primary/secondary and inherited feelings distinction, personal/collective conscience functions

Methodical procedures:

Clarification of concerns, conduct of conversations, brief therapeutic interventions, work in rounds, genogram and hypothesis formation Structure and interventions in a constellation, rituals and solution sentences Substitute and representative perception Resistance, termination and resumption of work Directive/non-directive leadership, group dynamics
